Default just a little something i am stoked about today

I was diagnosed with PCOS about 3 years ago and was put on metformin. It didn't seem to work...even though I probably didn't stay on it long enough to really see any results (went off it after about 4 months). I went the herbal route, then just stopped it all eventually.

Well, I started my new lifestyle April 30th and have lost 11 pounds. I have the lovely chin hair growth from PCOS and HATE it!!!!! I noticed this morning when I woke up that my um, stubble is about half of what it normally is. WOOOOOO!

I am hoping that by losing weight I can get rid of most of my PCOS symptoms, so this is beyond exciting for me!!!

That is awesome. I also struggle with excess hair and have definitely noticed an improvement. I have never been diagnosed with PCOS but often wonder!

I took metformin and spironolactone and it did NOTHING for me. Since my loss I've noticed my hair grows slower- so yay!

You can do it! Just losing 10% makes a huge improvement in PCOS symptoms
