I can tell you from experience that exercise works as well as meds for depression. Of course when you're depressed you don't feel like exercising - so the combo of meds pus exercise should be a good idea.

Down another couple of pounds this week.

Yah, I know that feeling. But I'm going to try some antural things for my depression. Synthetic stuff just doesn't seem to work for me sometimes. Seriously. So I'l going to try st. John's Wart, now that I'm not on birth control anymore. I'm also taking Essential Woman oil. Feels really weird going down your throat, but it's got over 5,000mg of Omega-3 plus Omega-6 and Omega-9. And it's organic so it should be good stuff.

Hey everyone!

I've been away for a bit in L.A. and then busy with work so I haven't been on the boards much.

I hope all of you have been well and are still around to pop in to chat.

Not much new with me except for a trip to the garden centre last weekend. I bought too many plants, as usual. :0

I managed to pick up some echinacea, daisies, lupins, poppies, snow in summer and some thyme for ground cover. I may try to get my herbs next weekend.

I think I have a social event to go to each Saturday from tomorrow up until July 14! guess I'll rest up in the fall -
