Bistro MD- freeze or refrigerate?
Hello,
I am a new site member and I just signed up with Bistro MD (full program). I was wondering if we can refrigerate the meals instead of freezing them? I live in a shared house and have very limited freezer space, which can accommodate only about 10-12 meals at a time; I have to place the rest in the fridge till I consume them (which can take up to 4 days). Customer service says I must freeze them till the day before I eat them, but but does anyone else on the bistro MD plan also place their meals in the fridge (not freezer)? Will keeping them in the fridge for up to 4 days cause them to deteriorate? Please let me know about this.
Edit: I am also thinking about trying Diet to go (low fat program) - does anyone know how the two plans compare in terms to weight loss? I am thinking of switching as Bistro MD is a bit too 'gourmet' for me - I would prefer simpler, heartier food, but am concerned about weight loss. I know it is subjective, but I would love to hear from anyone with experience with both programs. Thanks!
Thanks!
Philomena
