Hi everyone! I am restarting wonderslim tomorrow and wanted to reach out to fellow wonderslim/medi-fasters. I lost some weight this past summer by following the medifast plan, but used wonderslim, bariwise and proti-diet products instead. Better for the pocket book and taste buds I have been contemplating on trying wonderslim's diet plan (incorporating fruit and starches) but I'm feeling apprehensive. Anyone having any success or setbacks using wonderslim's diet plan with fruit?

I just joined this forum tonight. I found the group when researching Wonderslim this afternoon. I'm glad to read such encouraging things about it. I ordered 1 week to test it. I did Medifast several years ago and lost weight, but this seems better.

I'm 48 and seem to be gaining weight just from breathing. I did a Dr. Oz cleanse that said I could lose up to 17 pound and I only lost 4! I work out with a trainer and can see I'm building muscle, but not losing weight and my stomach looks like I'm pregnant. I'm desperate so I really hope this works for me.

I am in same position as you! I just posted same thing, gaining weight like crazy and not doing much different. I am also 5'3" so this 20 lbs really shows on me! I am so depressed, ugh. starting WS today!

Hi! I just ordered a WS Core kit to get started. I'm new to this type of plan, in general! I've done low carb in the past with success, but have never used a pre-packaged system- I'm excited about the convenience and am hoping for great results to jump-start my weight loss and path the health!
I'm thinking I'll start with the Core plan and then switch over to buying individual packages/adding in my own foods, once I have a handle on what works for me... It's great to have this forum for support and tips!
