I feel so good, the future looks very promising. Hope to lose at least 50 pounds by June. I went to my Nutionist today and traded some of my powdered shakes in for the Crunch Bars and Already made shakes. I think I can drink the already made shakes instead of making them at home. I'm too busy running around after my 2 year old. I have a questions;
Even when I'm not hungry, should I still eat a bar or soup?
Yes, you should still eat the MF meal, even if you aren't hungry. It's important to ensure you get the proper amount of nutrition, and calories for the day. When I am not hungry, I will have a MF tropical punch drink made like a smoothie in the Magic Bullet, or a hot cocoa....instead of a soup or heavy shake.
I lost 80 pounds on MF in 6 months, I love the program!!! I got off plan for a while (8 months) and gained some back, and now I am on plan again. I lost 7 pounds the first week back on. I know Medifast works.
Wow nogames! You are doing great! Glad the nutritionisrt was ableto get you products that work for you so quickly.
It is important to get all of your meals in to get your proper nutrition. The calories and carbs you are eating are already low so skipping meals willnot increase your weight loss and you need the nutrition to keep the cravings away.
I started Medifast 4 days ago and have lost 5 1/2 pounds already. I know that its probably water weight, but any loss makes me feel like I can keep on going. I'm new to the sight (this is my first post). I hope that there are other medifast dieters out there with some useful advise. Thanks for all you do! I have about 44 pounds to go.
The first couple of weeks on plan you aren't supposed to exercise too much - then you can get into gear (that's what my coach told me). I've been on plan for 4 weeks and have lost 13 lbs.! 5 lbs, the first week, 3 pounds each the next two weeks and 2 lbs yesterday! I feel great, have energy and I'm not hungry....The boards on the Medifast site are helpful, but they are moderated very, very slowly, so your posts don't show up for a day or two after you send them. This board is so much better! I'm looking forward to continuing on this journey with all of you - my new Medifast buddies!
Hey all! So, I am back to this site again. Loved it before (while doing a different plan), until I fell off the wagon...)o:
I made up my mind in October that I was starting MF on Nov. 1st. I had my first shake this am. Not so sure I like the taste...it seemed to leave a "film" on my lips. Hopefully I get used to that part or it goes away...
About me: I currently weigh 207 pounds, at 5'5". I was always thin, till I hit 21, drank a lot of beer with friends, and woke up fat one day. Then I got pregnant at 22, and married, and had two more babies. This past summer was my ten year high school reunion, and I did not go cause I am fat. I really need to stop letting my weight make decisions for me. The time has come, and I know Medifast will work for me. I hate planning meals, and I am not big on exercising, so this seems to be the plan for me. I have read countless success stories on the net, and it is all so motivating!
I was not sure what thread to post on, but this one seemed good. If I am in the wrong area, let me know! I look forward to getting to know you all!

Good luck!
So we just went to the craft fair and found out about medifast, I had heard about it before, but not here in Alaska. Since you have done this before, does Alaska have a good support system here? I seen anothers post about exchanging foods and all. How much is shipping? Is there a way to try things before buying a whole box?
