Smile Introducing me
Hi I'm Cate from Australia, bipolar, bulimic/compulsive overeating. Beyond that I'm quite a sane individual! I work full time, have 2 pet bunnies and like sewing,spending time with friends, reading, thift shopping etc.

I'm on a structured eating plan right now to help correct my metabolism and thyroid and control the bingeing. I used to follow Kay Sheppard's program but found it difficult to stick with. It was just too much food per meal!

I've been working hard at healthy eating and abstinence but really need to get back to the 12 steps and the program. So, I guess I'm stepping up to take my place.
