I was doing so well.

It all started last night. I skipped Dinner. Then later that night I was dieing for something sweet. So I aloud myself to have 3 little sweet and that was it.

Then I skipped Breakfast this morning. My sugar levels were so low my mum bought me 2 chocolate bars and a samdwich. I eat them and now I need more. I want more. Im struggling.

Why Why Why did I skip breakfast. Grrrr Im so angry at myself.

Abstinence can begin again at any moment at anytime. It is up to you to say when and stop bingeing.
Anger is our claim to fame emotion. Let go of the anger, accept what has happened, forgive yourself and start again, not tomorrow but this moment. Keep posting,

Mummy, I see it's been a few days since you posted this, how are you doing?

Do you have a sponsor to help you ?
That would help greatly on skipping meals.

Posting "before" we eat also helps us see the instanity of our diesease.
