Hi Girls
Well I just thought that after much deliberation I would actually go to a trained professional to get my food plan sorted. My sponsor is just great but i dont think alone that I can say what my body needs as I have a ulcer in my bowel and I need to start taking care of myself a bit better and I know if I just keep being in denial about it and thinking I can design my food plan then I will have all sorts of sugary binge foods in there - which is just setting me up! I am also getting all my bloods tested.
I have been reading step one in the 12 and 12 and it is sooooooo me. I always try to deney I have the disease but like they say - its just not normal to o those things around food!

Yep, step 1 is me too. Going to a nutritionist sounds like a really good thing for you. Good for you for taking the action.
