This is as long as it's been in a long time - I'm starting on day 4 now. The longer I can make it in the beginning, the less I feel inclined to do it.

Awesome! It really helps me to only think about today. If I think about tomorrow or next week or next year I feel overwhelmed. One day at a time really means just that... only deal with today today.
