I'm here ... had an issue with vulgar pop ups so had to use a new browser to avoid them. I had an OP start of the day and them lunch was an Asian meal at work. I did well ate all protein (no rice or noodles) and then I decided I wanted fries. I only ate a third of them. I gave a third to a co-worker and thanks to finally listening to the full voice in my head I threw a third in the garbage

then after running around with the kids I ate a slice and a half of cheese pizza. Cheat today was today. Tomorrow and Sunday will kick start my behind back into gear.

2/7 ~ 170.2 (+0.4) cheat day
2/8 ~
so far I have not lost anything for the month of February, smh. I've got to do better.
I hope and pray that everyone that's not feeling well gets better soon
