  • I saw on a tv program years ago that you can't smell you own breath because your nose is too close to your mouth. If you really want to know what your breathe smells like, lick the inside of your wrist, give it a few seconds and then smell your wrist. It definitely works.

    can be avoided by reducing one's protein down to the required amount.

    which will show you how much that is for you.
