I haven't been around in awhile (obviously) but still doing great: maintaining my loss+, lots of small clothes shopping, basically feeling healthy, running strong, etc.

IP really worked for me--so was just checking in to see how others are doing and find any new tips/recipes, etc. and very surprised to find the sub forum missing.
