This is my first day and I have a few questions. Are the pudding and shake snacks only to be once a day and as a snack before bed?
I didn't care for my coffee with skim milk and splenda. Is it possible to use fat free Coffee Mate? Is the Blueberry, Cranberry, Pom. Drink considered a meal if you have it at lunch? Thanks for your help!

yes, every and any packet is considered a meal or a snack. You can have every meal be a pudding for all they care, as long as you are not adding more to it it's fine. And make sure you have the 2 cups of veggies with your lunch pack and with dinner.

We were told we could eat other items as long as they had 0 fat, 0 calories and 0 carbs. I can tell you that doesn't fit very many items. LOL
So check the ingredients on your coffee mate.
