I´m new in this community but I´ve read from time to time.
I just want to share my trip down fatty lane.
And please bare with me, I´m from sweden

I started with a 10 day waterfast because I needed to restart my compulsive eating body...
I lost 7 kg!
And today is my first day on eggmilk (coconutfat? 1 egg, and 3 dl boiling water. Pour the water on the egg and fat while you are mixing it)
I will drink this until my cigarettes are finished and then I´, going LowCarbHighFat all the way!
It´s acrually amazing how much I´ve lost... I cannot get it into my brain just yet.. But I´ll get there
Oh and by the way! My name is Veronica and I make jewellery! and of course, I love my ratties
