I had a great day, food wise.
2 cups of coffee with erythritol and coconut milk. YUM!
Herbed tofu, onions, extra virgin coconut oil, water chestnuts, garlic, soyrizo (vegan chorizo), guacamole and green salsa. Yum again!!!
Sparkling berry essence water, almonds and 85% dark chocolate.
Next a broccoli, kale, bean sprout, green onion, yellow pepper, soy sauce and toasted sesame oil stir fry
AND
A salad with spinach, cucumbers, green olives (unsalted), celery, pumpkin and sunflower seeds with a sesame seed-olive oil-umeboshi dressing
AND
Lemon garlic seitan with cayenne pepper and nutritional yeast.
Beautiful, delicious and on plan!
