today was a terrible day mostly becuase i was planning on beinghome early and well I had an issue and did nothave lunch with me. by the time I got home I was very hungry and late so I had a shake made hot dogs, beans,and vegies. I drank the shake, looked at the hot dogs and remembered my fluid gain and how hard it was to shake. and just could not put one in the mouth. the beans I make with maple syrup and it most carbs so I passed on that so I ate a pile of vegies. so a very poor day for me. i will not post my totals.
