Default Calories...

I decided to try that "fitday" thingie to figure out my caloric intake for every day. I started on the first. I added it all up and it came out to 1313. Yesterday it was only 558. Now, even with all the "little things" I may have forgotten or skipped, that doesn't seem to be enough. I don't know what to do, because I want to lose weight the healthy way and I'm not trying to starve myself or anything, I just can't seem to do that. I've been eating every 3 hours (I learned that at Slender Lady. That's good, no?) but sometimes it's only vegetables which are pretty low on the calories, apparantly. I didn't think so. So what should I do? Where should I increase the calories? Because if it were up to me, I'd be eating chocolates to fill the gap. Is anyone having these problems? Or know what to do about it? I thought I was pretty full up, but obviously not.

Wednesday? have I already asked you to post a link to your fitday? I did someone, just can't remember who.
If you post your food diary, we can have a look at it and make suggestions for improvement.
My first would be to not leave out the little things you may have forgotten. They add up. Some of them add up very quickly.

Veggies are great for you. Congratulate yourself. Assuming you didn't miss anything, add some protein to your diet (doesn't have to be meat) and some dairy. Those 2 things help you nutrition wise, but also have more calories. I follow the other poster...post your fitday and we can give you more hints.

555 is way too low. A woman needs at least 1200 calories no matter what. And then you adjust it with your metabolic rate. If you eat less than 1200 calories, your metabolism will slow down and it will be harder for you to lose the weight.
