Tampagirl -- I also eat every 2-3 hours and 5 meals/day ... at every meal I have a portion of carbs and a portion of protein. If I'm hungry at 4PM near supper time, I will not wait till 5:30 to eat supper... I will have something like cottage cheese and strawberries, otherwise I am just setting myself up to

pig out at supper, or worse as I am preparing supper. Eat more often and eat whole dense foods avoid processed foods. I also eat ginormous bowls of salad...
