If anyone's familiar with those large packets of Kirkland dinner rolls you get in the bakery section at Costco -- they don't have nutrition information on them. I'm wondering if anyone knows or could make an accurate guess as to the caloric and fat content they contain. They taste a little buttery, but they're also very small. Hmm. A regular sweet roll is about 140 calories/2 grams of fat or less, perhaps somewhere around there?
Yeah, I'm a little
precise when it comes to calorie counting...
