It all started about two years ago and it took me less then a year I wrote down everything I ate, and only allowed myself 1400 calories a day. plus I worked out everyday in the morning for 45-60 mins. I was really disiplined. Never missed a workout and never ate junk.
I lots track of myself after we moved so Im back and ready to lose again.
This time will be a little different I hope it works, cause I cant work out in the mornings and I wil be wroking out at Curves so its only 30 mins instead of 45-60, I will probally will have to more then just Curves, I have to work out after work. but I will still write everything down. Thats about it.
