Default If You Eat At Subway....

I learned an interesting fact today that I thought I might share. I generally get a 6" sandwich at Subway but lately I've been trying to be more conscious of my carb intake so I last time I was there I decided to get a wrap instead of the 6" sub roll. Today I look up the nutrition info and to my surprise every wrap on their menu has more carbs than every 6" sub on their menu! Just a word to the wise if you're watching carbs - Subway is one place where it's better to go with the bread than the tortilla!

I only eat wraps I make myself, with the multigrain, high fiber wraps.

If I were to eat at Subway, I'd have a salad.

From a gander at the nutritional info on their official website, it looks like the 6" sandwiches also have more than twice as much fiber as the wraps do.
