Hi, it's me again! :P
This has been bugging me for a while now. Those juices that say 100% juice and/or no sugar added, are they healthy? The sugar content is still pretty high, though I'm assuming it's all natural fruit sugar since the ingredients don't mention any real or artificial sweeteners. But are they really healthy? Like the Northland, Ocean Spray 100%-No Sugar Added, and Bolthouse Farms juices.
PS - Bolthouse Farm's new Prickly Pear Lemonade is DELICIOUS!
