Default No Sugar Added...?

Hi, it's me again! :P

This has been bugging me for a while now. Those juices that say 100% juice and/or no sugar added, are they healthy? The sugar content is still pretty high, though I'm assuming it's all natural fruit sugar since the ingredients don't mention any real or artificial sweeteners. But are they really healthy? Like the Northland, Ocean Spray 100%-No Sugar Added, and Bolthouse Farms juices.

PS - Bolthouse Farm's new Prickly Pear Lemonade is DELICIOUS!

Healthier than the fruit 'drinks' that are mostly water, sugar, and flavourings. Not nearly as healthy as eating real, whole fruit for the same number of calories. With the juice, you miss out on the fibre.

Juicy Juice is 100% and is the only juice I am allowed to have since my bariatric surgery per the doctor.

Thanks meowee. I was just curious, cause some 100% juice no sugar added I just really like to drink. I can always add fiber powder if I want to. Besides, some fruits are hard to even find whole. Like prickly pear and acai berry.
