Has anyone else checked it out? I just found it today and think it will help me.
I seriously think my main issues are A) skipping meals and B) not getting ALL of the food pyramid.
This is the one I swear by! I've been following this pyramid for a couple months and the weight is dropping and I have SO much energy! I no longer need a cup of coffee in the afternoon, I stay healthy when the rest of the family gets sick. And I feel so satisfied and not-hungry. Love it!
