Yeah, I do WW with higher protein and fewer carbs. My body responds to it better and feels better. Like texscrapper said, I also find I get more value per point out of protein - keeps me fuller and feeling better.
Things I eat -
Protein powder in light soy milk
One egg scrambled with 1/2 c egg whites
Black beans, veg, avocado, in a tortilla
Sandwich on low-carb bread with 2oz meat
edamame
almonds
peanut butter
Cottage cheese pancakes - easy to make. 1/2c cottage cheese, 1/2c oats, 4 egg whites. Blend together, and voila. Protein pancakes!
In addition to the standard meats and whatnot. I also eat the light string cheese... I love it.
