I'm lucky enough to have a high end Kroger nearby and they sell fresh made sushi with nutrition facts. One package with variety of tuna, salmon, and crab came to 2 points a serving (3 pcs). So all nine pieces were 6 points and sushi is SO filling! It was so great! I was so excited to see that I almost cried. I am loving the weightwatchers diet so far.

I'm on week 2 and feeling great about it. I've lost a total of 7-11 lbs. Unfortunately, I did not weigh myself on day one so I know I'm in the 7-11 lbs range for loss.

I love some sushi!!!!

Nice loss! I'm loving WW too. I've been doing very well staying on track.

Everytime I come to this thread I want to hit the sushi place. Maybe I'll take the DF there for lunch tomorrow since we have the day off.
