I have lost 30 lb doing WW but I don't think I'm doing much health wise. Yeah, losing weight is great, but I really need to kick it up and have more healthful food. I tend to go towards highly processed food. I have decided to try and create a fusion of both plans, flex and core. I will allow only whole foods and follow my daily point requirement then use my 35 flex points for whenever.
I think this will balance out nicely and might rev up my weight loss more!
Anyone have any thoughts or opinions?

but now that I'm correcting that, it's working great for me.


about the names -- Flexor? Floor? How about Colex (hmmm, sounds like a medication)?
