This thread is great! It really motivates me to see what everyone else is doing. I do the same routine every single week (which I love) but it's making me wonder if I should add a few videos or something.
Mon, Tue, and Wed mornings I do a 30 minute programmed walk on my treadmill (varying speeds and varying hill work). Then I get on my recumbent bike for 15 minutes. Then it's on to the Ablounger for 75 midsection curls and 25 curls on each side (gotta try to get rid of the love handles

) Then on the gym I do some arm exercises and I hang in one spot and pull my knees to my chest (more ab work). After that it's about 5 minutes of stretching. My workout usually takes about an hour on these days.
Thursday nights I go to line dance class and dance my butt off for 3 hrs. So, I do a total of 6 hrs per week. Since it's a long time between Thursday night and Monday morning, sometimes I'll add the hour workout onto Saturdays.
I know it's boring that I do the same thing every single week, but I've found that if I have a schedule, I stick to it better. There's no more trying to work the exercise time in, it's just automatic and I know I'm going to do it. Plus I don't fret over what kind of exercise I'm going to do everyday.
I watch music videos while I workout to help keep the boredom at bay.
