My weigh in was this morning and lost 2.6 pounds for a total of 31. That was a good feeling after a couple of very slow weeks!

nancy, have you tried maybe doing the Wendie plan for a week, seeing if that shakes things up? I know our bodies can become accustomed to eating a certain amount of points/calories/carbs. I have to do that because my body gets used to it very quickly.
Sometimes I'd just like to slap my metabolism!
Anyway, I suggest trying that. And as for losing 0, .

My official weigh-in is tomorrow morning. I'm a tad nervous but I know I've lost more weight. It's just...blegh.

Nancy- Hang in there maybe a shake up is what you need, like Supertink suggested-Just stay OP, maybe change up your exercise, that seems to help a bit too.

Well, trying the Wendie Plan for next week, might shake things up a bit, and get it moving in the right direction again. Had a tough weekend, but through it all stayed OP, but did not get in my exercise yesterday, so I need to get myself back on track today!!

Hope everyone has a Great Week
