maybe a shake up is what you need, like Supertink suggested-Just stay OP, maybe change up your exercise, that seems to help a bit too.

Well, trying the Wendie Plan for next week, might shake things up a bit, and get it moving in the right direction again. Had a tough weekend, but through it all stayed OP, but did not get in my exercise yesterday, so I need to get myself back on track today!!
