  • Ugh, I'm having a terrible day. I took pictures with my friends yesterday since we were all back from college. Low and behold, I still felt like a fat cow.. I mean sometimes 30lb just doesn't feel like anything :/ I binged. bad. I can't even remember what I ate. I'm hopefully going to be okay tomorrow and get back on track. UGH!
  • Oh Dominic, I know just how you feel. I've lost about 30 as well and sometimes I see my photos or myself in the mirror and think, where did it all go? I still look the same! Those days are tough. I hope you can pull yourself through it.

  • Indeed it is Two days in a row, too! I'm not very good at committing 100% to anything dietary restriction-wise... and I comfort myself with the knowledge that I didn't have to buy meat as I still had a bunch in the freezer from a while ago...
