KASHI bars...oatmeal almond..to die for! Lots of good things at Trader Joe's. I live in Canada but I go to one in Michigan near me. Their cranberry chutney is fantastic. They also have these crackers...rosemary something..have only bought them once, but they are awesome too. I am allowed to bring practically anything back EXCEPT fruits and vegetables. My advice would be to take anything you can out of the boxes though and tuck them in the air pockets in the luggage. Maybe flatten out the boxes and keep them too though in case they ask.

Walking2lose: Its a bit of a tour, we're arriving in washington d.c, staying for 1 night, then getting the train to maryland where my sis is picking us up and driving us to her house in Morgantown W.V, and then after 1 night there we are driving to pittsburgh for the weekend, then back to W.V on Sunday, and back again to washington from monday to wednesday!
Amy (sister) is getting married in Myrtle Beach in March, and im the bridesmaid so we're going to buy me a dress. the theme is periwinkle blue which i hope will be nice on me! she already got her dress and everything so its just me that has to be sorted!

But im dreading gaining while im over there, i always without fail gain when im in america!

Cool, ill have to drag everyone on a shopping road trip! i was thinking of going to a meeting while im there, just to see the difference between there and here

luvja, I was scared just reading your post. Your guardian angel was with you for sure!

Irishrover, I like the general food curves bars they are only one point and come in apple, chocolate chip and strawberry...really yummy. Also the ww chocolate mint patties, so much better than york peppermint patties and only 1 point for one but even better, only 1.5 for 2 mmmmmm.
