Talking I did it!!!

Here's the deal; The first time I did WW was when I lived with my sister. I had the perfect walk I would do everyday. Three miles! But when I moved in Oct 07 I stopped WW. I had no where to walk once we moved. I live in a busy area on top of a hill that leads down into the Harbor. Thats all fine and dandy but those hills that lead to the harbor, are take your breath away horrid. Almost impossible to do. It would hurt so bad!

The other day while in the car with my hubby, he went a new way that id never been. I thought "oh wow, is this the route ive been praying for?!" So since then ive been telling myself to go check it out. Tonight I did it. I stuck my son in his old umbrella stroller because his jogger needs to be fixed. And we went. The big surprise was that half way there... I come to this peak and all I see is this panoramic view of Puget sound! BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!! And its very appropriately named as "Soundview Dr"...Its got hills but not like the other ones. These are doable!!

My son and I stop to check out a rainbow on the way home. And meet a random lady that is super nice. We get to talking and shes on WW also! And she lives on that street. I was so excited to meet someone that knew what I was going through and understood. She even said she didnt like the WW leader that I didn't like. Something Id never checked with anyone else so I never knew if it was just me. LOL I was truly blessed this evening- With a beautiful view, a new friend and 6 APs!!

GO ME!!!! I DID IT!!!! I FOUND MY ROUTE!!! WOOOHOOOOOO!!!!

Btw, Thanks so much if you made it this far!!

Krysydawn, I am so proud of you! That's awesome. Doing it the first time is half the battle. The best part about it is that it is so beautiful. I am so jealous; I just hit the high school track.

Great job. A frined at work told me "just put your shoes on." Once you've done that it's pretty easy to go ahead and head out the door. For those waiting for motivation, Try it!
