OK everyone. I created a new thread about my new scale. So to be honest, I am not sure if the loss I am going to post is realistic. I do know that I have loss, but the transition between the old and new scale is somewhat confusing.
Old scale weight this morning was 214.5
New scale weight this morning is 224.5
I have adjusted my starting weight the difference between the 2 (+10 lbs my weight last week would have been 234.5. Using this weeks weigh in is 224.5 that would mean a loss of 10 lbs. Which is a lot. Which is my best guess. I have DH step on the old and new scales and he had a 10 lb difference as well.
So... this week is going to be an aberration so I can get on track with my new scale...or it may be totally realistic because I took an average loss for the number of weeks I have been doing this and that ended up being 2.5 lbs per week. <heavy sigh> I am over-thinking this I believe.
