I use WW english muffins or bagels, fry an egg with PAM spray and spread just a dab of lt. cream cheese for moistening. YUMMY!!! I prefer to have these for lunch vs. Breakfast.

I do something similar. I toast a Thomas Multi Grain Light English Muffin (1pt), add 2 slices of Oscar Mayer Center Cut Bacon (1pt), and one hard boiled egg white (0 pt), with 1 tbsp of LandoLakes Light Whipped Butter (1pt). For 3 points that is a great breakfast!!!!

Hello.. Lurker here.. not even sure what my Sig says below but it is likely wrong.. haha

My new fav for breakfast even though it doesn't sound so great or even look great is this.

Take microwaveable bowl, add one egg and one egg white, beat. Add about a tablespoon of salsa.. (heat that you like) and microwave for about a min.. take out stir another 30 to a min in the microwave.

Take a low pt wrap and slather it with LC cheese, add egg mixture, wrap up and place on hot George Forman, Grill

Eat and LOVE it for VERY low point breakfast and it is SOOO good.. I don't really care for eggs but wanted the protein in the morning...The salsa and cheese take over the flavour and the egg is just there.. sooo yummy.

Lori, that actually sounds great to me! I make the microwave scrambled eggs, too. So much easier to take care of a couple other things in the 1-1/2 minutes it takes. I also love salsa in my scrambled eggs, and have done the salsa scrambled eggs in a wrap. Only thing you mentioned that I haven't tried is LC cheese on the tortilla/wrap first, and then grilling it when filled. HAVE to try that! Yum!

Just wanted to let you know it's not such an odd concoction. It's good .

Another option for the meat in the breakfast sandwich is a few slices of LF turkey pepperoni. Haven't checked in a while but I think it's something like 6 slices for 1 pt, perfect for 1 sandwich or wrap. Yum!
