Default Too many eggs?

How many eggs is too many? I've been obsessed with eating soft boiled eggs with toast lately. I've been eating about 2 per day. Is that way too much? There is such conflicting information out there about eggs! Obviously, I've been keeping this all within my points.

I do best if I eat protein for breakfast (high protein cereals dont cut it for me). I do egg whites sometimes and one whole egg plus one egg white sometimes, but lately, it's been both whole eggs!!

2 per day isn't bad at all!!

I usually eat one full hard boiled egg and 2 hard boiled egg whites. Very yum.

I have at least one egg and two egg whites every day. I swear by it as a light dinner.

I think it depends on if you have cholesterol problems. Obviously, if your doctor has recommended limiting them that's one thing.

I usually eat one hardboiled egg a day. No problems for me! I don't see 2 a day as an issue.

I eat Egg Beaters every morning for breakfast. 1/4 cup is equal to one egg and its only 1 pt. In fact, you can have 1/2 cup (two eggs) and its still only 1 pt. They are cholesterol free so my doc cant complain and I really like them.

I love eggs too - but have converted to Egg Beaters mostly - although I don't have a cholesterol problem myself - many people in my family do (and heart problems) so I do enjoy real eggs, but for a light meal, I prefer to go with Egg Beaters - but I refuse to get rid of eggs altogether and love the yolks - so if I want them, I have them, but have learned to incorporate the Egg Beaters

I love poached eggs and am getting pretty good at fishing them out of the boiling water! Just 3 points on a slice of light toast. 4 points with a thin slice of Canadian bacon.

I tried egg beaters too.. they have different flavors added to the mix as well.. peppers, southwestern, ff cheese. I cook them in the microwave and make a breakfast burrito with salsa out of them. I get the pre-measured cups.. just one point and it is the equivalent of 2 eggs.

Unless you have a cholesterol problem and work the eggs into your points, I don't see an issue.

I LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE eggs. Seriously. LOVE THEM. I can not express my love for eggs in words.

I love them alone, on toast, on english muffins...

*dies*

I could honestly eat my points worth in eggs. Pitiful I know.

You might want to be a bit careful with egg beaters because they have a lot of sodium in them. I had to switch to egg white because of all the sodium in the egg beaters.
