Hi ladies, I'd like to join your Flex weigh in for May. I'm a Monday weigher so I'll report my weight loss next week. But I was down 1 lb from last Monday.

Everyone have a good week.

Short and Sassy,
Congrats on your loss, keep up the good work. I think we should make our May Goal no problem!!

Congrats Dawn, Tori, and Alan and short & sassy on your losses!

Just a friendly reminder, when you're posting your WI results add the updated group total count! Last month the math got kind of messy :)

Group total 28.5

Little confused because I'm new to this... I'm assuming that means that whenever someone posts a loss, s/he then adds her/his loss to the group total and posts that on the bottom? I didn't realize we were supposed to do that. Sorry!!

I was down another 4 pounds yesterday, so the group total is now -32.5!

gypsylthr-If you are not seeing adequate weight loss and you really ARE sticking to WW 100%, I would suggest mixing up your points if you're not already doing it. Sometimes if I stick to around the same number of points everyday, it comes off more slowly than if one day I'm at the bottom of my range and the next I'm in the middle and then a high day then a low...you get the picture. Someone posted a "formula" on 3FC last year or so. It was supposed to help boost you over a plateau, I think. I found it worked as a weekly routine.

Okay today is my first weigh-in after a full week on program! I am hoping for a great day! I will post after my weigh-in after work.

Well, went to the meeting last night and weighed in - down 1lb. To be honest, I was a little disappointed! I worked really hard last week, stayed on program, and walked for 250 mins. I kind of expected closer to a 2lb lost. But, a loss is a loss, guess I just need to get over it and work hard again this week!

Group Total: 42.1

:) It's fine, no worries! It just saves the hassle of adding it up at the end of the month (it probably wouldn't get done then, and that's not as fun!). I just wanted to make sure we keep the tally up or else it gets hard to keep it accurate. But yep, when you post a loss (or gain), add it to the group total and add that at the bottom of your post so things remain clear.

Of course, even if you forget it's not a huge deal. So no worries :)

I was down 1.2 this morning. I made my 30lb mark! :carrot::carrot::carrot: I'm so excited!

I'm also very concerned about the next 10lbs coming off...:o

Group total: 43.3

suitejudyblueeyes 05-07-2008 12:02 PM

:bravo: Way to go Kim!

Don't be concerned about those next 10 lbs. Look how far you've come, and you didn't even think you could do that! Look at the last 5 or so pounds, how you were worried you couldn't do it, and you have! You're totally rocking this whole weight loss thing. Don't worry about it one bit, you can and will do it!!

luvmyfam 05-07-2008 12:28 PM

Woohoo, Jessica & hubby!! That's great to hear!
