I lost one pound this week, not very thrilling, but at least it brings the group total over 100!

dcchick - one pound is an awesome loss! it's a whole pound i would be happy for a pound loss any week. heck i was super happy about .8 ;) any number with that minus sign in the front is a loss no matter how big or small. you did great!

aww thanks! it's just been going very sloooowwllyy, which is frustrating but i'm sure it's b/c i'm not staying 100% on plan (i had chinese for lunch today!! too much) today was my weigh in day and i tend to splurge on weigh in days! I'll get a good good workout in tonight!!
