on my way to a BBQ
just needed to post for accountability/strength. I have not been very OP the past few weeks, and my weight's been staying the same, which I've been totally fine with. But now I'm ready to start shedding again, so I'd better get back to it!! Unfortunately, I've already eaten all of today's points, with 2 APs left, and only 21 FPs until Thursday. Ack. I think I'd better made sure I get to the gym every day! I rode my bike for about 2 hours today, got some good exercise that way...
Anyway, I'm planning to pick up chicken burgers at TJs (1 pt each!), and some fruit...if I eat a chix burger on a bun, I think that would be about 4ish points, and then I'll just load up on fruit, and let's be honest, of course I'll be having a beer or two. I guess I'll expect to spend 10 points tonight. Feels good to have a budget!
