Jaime - thank you so much for the info! I'd say it makes at least 6 servings. So I'd count it as 6 points, which is fine, because it's really filling. Lots of fiber, and has good fat in it, too.
I love imitation crab in a tossed salad or in stir-fries with lots of veggies (onions, mushrooms, bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli). Or I eat it right out of the package.
