Thanks for the encouragement. It looks like you are making great progress toward your goal. That's inspiration for all of us too!

I'm hanging in there. I'm getting exercise in, keeping my journal and counting points. Baby steps baby! Baby steps! One of my friends is going to team up with me as a weight loss buddy. I turned her on to 3FC. Yet another convert...

catmama-you are most welcome, but I actually had quite a bad couple of days, long story is on the Flex Talk Page, but the short story is I did have a loss, some days are just so tough, but baby steps, I just hate those backward steps that we also have to get through. I'm just so thankful for this thread, I look so forward to reading all the posts, everybody goes through this struggle, but it's nice to read the good news of others, and take the focus off your woes. Enjoy your day

You can do it!! I totally understand how frustrating it is. I have been gaining and losing the same 6 lbs over and over again in the last couple of months. I need to kick myself in the butt to get back on track!! I have to start exercising again!!

I know what you mean about gaining and losing the same couple of pounds, mine is 5lbs. I think we both can do it, reading so many positive and sucessful stories helps to motivate me, or lift me up when I'm feeling low. Good Luck to you
