you should try to slowly add more fiber into your diet. If you add too much at a clip you will experience gastro distress. Which may be what you're experiencing, the gassy/bubbly feeling anyway. Sometimes I get a little acidy if I wait too long between meals.
As Faerie says, if it seems to be lingering you should check w/dr. alot of them have #s you can call and talk to a nurse or phys. assist. for advice.
I have always had trouble taking vitamins on an empty stomach, so be careful with that, I've had them come right back out at times, eww, but now I know, no vitamins w/out something in my tummy.
