yeah I get REALLY BAD headaches EVERY time I digest aspartame...I used to chew gum all the time...and I used to get really bad headaches all the time, and I couldn't figure out what it was. And then I stopped consuming aspartame, because that was what was causing my headaches. Now, whenever I chew on a piece of gum with aspartame in it, I get a really bad headache that lasts for hours, sometimes even 2 days.

Many people have no trouble at all with aspartame. I get headaches.
