I signed up at the gym at the same time as I joined WW (second week of January), and have been taking the spin classes. To my amazement, I like it! I go, on average, to four 30-minute classes per week. I don't allow myself any extra points, but I do write it in my food journal and it makes me feel virtuous! After March break I'm going to have one of the personal trainers make up a workout routine for me, and get to it on the weights.
