Salsa
10 ounce tomatoes, diced
1.5 ounces red onion, diced
1/2 ounce cilantro, chopped
2 tbs. vegetable oil
1 tb. lime juice
dash salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. jalapeno chile sauce (or use the real thing if you dare!)
1 1/2 tsp red hot sauce (I use a brand called Franks)
Yields 6 - 2 ounce servings approx.
