Default I tried a "fitness" class--DIRTY DANCING!!!
yes its true and oh what fun it was! I totally thought i would be self conscious and worried that everyone would be looking at me, but no one was, everyone was looking at the instructer, she was hilarious!!!
It was soo fun, more of a work out then I thought it would be, you really use your muscles!
