As I've been going along my weight loss journey, I've been keeping track of my BMI (body mass index) and I'm happy to report that I've hit 21.7, which is the absolute center of the normal category!
When I started out, my BMI was about a 27.5 (overweight), so it feels really good to be as normal as I can be for someone my height. Granted, I understand that BMI is only a general guide for individual fitness, but it does give me a good idea of where I stand. And it looks like I've finally broken my plateau; I feel like I've been stuck at 130 forever.
