Thumbs up Week 1 Success
Last week was my first week (again), and I'm so happy with the results. 3lbs off (nearly 1/3 of my memorial day goal) and 6.75 total inches lost between chest, bust, waist and hips. I'm very happy and very encouraged. It's huge for me...and I wanted to share it with those of you that have inspired me even when I've wanted to cheat! Thank you every one of you for being such an inspiration! And keep up on your goals because it really does work!
