Talking Tiny Success

It may not sound like much, but this was huge for me. For 5 years I've said I'll do it...I'll exercise at home...I'll eat right etc. It never really did happen. Well today I did it...I did 20 min of cardio then 70 jumping jacks 44 crunches and stretched. I'm ecstatic. Just a mini victory to most but an absolutely huge one for me...thanks for listening!

That is SOOOOO not tiny!!!! I've been exercising for almost a month, and I can't do 44 crunches...lol. 20 minutes of cardio is an excellent start! Before you know it you'll be doing 30 and then 45, 60...it's addictive once you get started! Be competitive with yourself and build up, just not too fast!!!

Keep it up...you're off to such a good start! You'll be motivated to keep it up once you start seeing the loss!! And not to mention for me the best thing, is feeling soooo much better, physically and mentally!

After all that, I feel like I could conquer the world given the chance. It's been a long time since I've felt like that. Thanks!

That's awesome! Exercising is one of the best things I ever started doing. Like Kim said though, don't go too fast. People tend to burn themselves out rather quickly. I started by walking about a 1 1/2 years ago and built up slowly and now I love to workout! Never, never thought I'd say that !

WTG, that is a great success. I can't do those crunches myself. I just do the walking. Great job.

You did jumping jacks Hpnotq?! Good Lord, I don't even think I am worthy to be talking to you because GOD knows I can't even do one lol. Good for you because you did much more than you know. You can now officially put those five years behind you and look steadfast ahead. Congrats.
