a lot of people underestimate how much consistency matters for abs. I think it’s not only about training but also staying active overall. For me, adding more movement into my daily routine made a big difference and helped me get leaner over time. I remember reading about bombas customer service and ended up getting a few pairs of sneakers, which actually pushed me to start running more regularly and I noticed my abs becoming more visible. Keep going, results usually show when you stay consistent. You’re on the right track
