Default Hitting a patch of discouragement.

Hello everyone,,
today has been rough. I thought I was going to hit my 10lbs mark tomorrow but after weighing myself this morning that obviously isn't going to happen. I'm dieing to be out of the 300s..I'm nearly there. I'm tired today, I'm sore from the workouts I've been doing, I'm feeling like everything I'm doing isn't enough.
I'm determinded not to give up this time. I just feel like I'm in need of a push to keep going.

It's hard. Everyone struggles, but the ones who succeed are the ones who don't quit. One day at a time. The days are going to pass whether you stay on plan or not. Make each day count.

Hi Klaus, I recently went thru the same thing trying to get out of the 200s. It seemed to take forever and the stress you create anticipating it seems to make the cortisol in your body hold onto the weight forever. My suggestion, is step away from the scale and really concentrate on staying clean, drinking more water, and switching up your exercise a bit. SOmetimes a few days of being totally on point and not stressing about the number is all you need for a little magic to happen. Here's the thing--- if you know you are doing everything right, the results have to follow. But if you bail because things aren't happening on YOUR schedule (and they never ever do) where is that going to get you? Hang in there, focus on process not product. The change will come.
