Hi Klaus, I recently went thru the same thing trying to get out of the 200s. It seemed to take forever and the stress you create anticipating it seems to make the cortisol in your body hold onto the weight forever. My suggestion, is step away from the scale and really concentrate on staying clean, drinking more water, and switching up your exercise a bit. SOmetimes a few days of being totally on point and not stressing about the number is all you need for a little magic to happen. Here's the thing--- if you know you are doing everything right, the results have to follow. But if you bail because things aren't happening on YOUR schedule (and they never ever do) where is that going to get you? Hang in there, focus on process not product. The change will come.
