Default Went to the Dr. and hit a goal
So I've been loosing weight since March and have hit over 55 pounds gone now. I had to go see the Dr. to check my thyroid (I've got non cancer nodules). Everything was great. Now for the fun stuff. The Corpsman took my blood pressure and asked me "Is you blood pressure always this low?" I said it used to be. Maybe it has to do with my weight loss. She looked up what I weighed last year. 239! today I was 183. Both weights were with clothes and shoes on. Proof that loosing weight is good for your health.
